Who We’re Looking For

As a valued Administration team member, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, from reception duties to processing accounts receivable and payable, auditing, banking, reservations, and everything in between. We require a team player who is flexible with working hours, as this role requires rostered shifts across 7 days, with demand over weekends, school holidays, and public holidays.

The Perfect Candidate Will Bring:

• A patient, friendly, and conscientious attitude
• The ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative
• Sound numeric and computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Suite
• Great attention to detail
• Awesome customer service skills
• A can-do attitude
• Previous experience in cash handling and/or banking, accounts receivable, and payable is valuable but not vital
