Who We’re Looking For

As an Administrator, you’ll be responsible for assisting with a variety of administrative tasks, from reception duties to processing of accounts receivable and payable, auditing, banking and reservations.

We’re looking for a team player who is flexible with working hours as this role requires rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays. 

The perfect candidate will bring

  • a patient, friendly and conscientiousness attitude 
  • the ability to multi-task and the confidence to use your initiative
  • sound numeric and computer skills including the MS Suite
  • great attention to detail
  • previous experience in cash handling and/or banking, accounts receivable and payable is preferred.
