 About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to join our Technology department working in our Harington office. This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5.00pm.

The primary role of the Team Administrator role is to provide active, day to day administration support to the Operations Technology Manager, Head of Technology and the wider Technology department. This will include supporting the team in scheduling meetings and workshops, updating documentation, meeting minutes, creating reports, and maintaining financials. 

Skills and Experience

  • Administration experience 3+ years (desirable)
  • Financial services experience (desirable)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with the ability to show initiative 
  • Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office user 
  • Microsoft SharePoint user (desirable)
