Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As part of our Administration team, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation of the hospital. From welcoming patients and visitors through our doors to supporting medical specialists and hospital teams behind the scenes, no two days will be the same. You'll often be the first person our patients interact with, helping to create a warm, professional and reassuring experience from the moment they arrive.

This is a busy and varied role where you'll support a range of administrative functions, manage patient information, and support colleagues across the team by providing flexible assistance during busy periods and wherever required. If you enjoy variety, thrive on helping others, and take pride in creating great experiences, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. Whether you're helping a patient navigate their hospital journey, supporting visiting specialists, or assisting with administrative projects and process improvements, you'll take pride in delivering exceptional service and making a positive difference every day.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Southern Cross Brightside Hospital.
