In this role you will be a critical part of our high performing administration team, where you will work with all team members across the business as well as getting to deal directly with our external clients. 

We want our clients to have the best service through every interaction they have with our firm - and a key part of this is our admin team. You will be juggling multiple activities and priorities including:

  • Working closely with our managers to complete jobs for clients
  • Liaising with clients to gather required information
  • Following up on actions required
  • Monitoring target dates and deadlines
  • Providing support and guidance to the team 

About you

We want someone who has outstanding organisational and time management skills. As you will be a key point of contact, you need to have great communication skills, whether in person, on the phone or in writing – you can clearly pass on details, explain requirements, set expectations, and get results.   • Have had experience in an administrative or HR role
  • Prove you have experience following complex processes 
  • Have exceptional communication skills - verbal and written 
  • Experience with project, contracts or workflow administration
  • Have the capability to manage a process from end to end
  • Have the confidence to develop relationships and build rapport with the team, clients, and business partners
  • Be flexible and agile; able to adapt to a changing environment and switch between priorities
  • Be a quick learner, tech savvy, and enjoy the idea of a challenge
  • Have a keen eye for detail
