Our current opportunity is for a fixed term Administration Assistant with proven experience, patience, maturity and the ability to hit the ground running. You will be based at our Poraiti site – a busy environment where communication will be key. This is a 12 month fixed term position working 40 hours per week. The Administration Assistant supports our Tamariki (Childrens) Service. The Administrator will provide operational support to the Service Manager in their management of the Tamariki service. You will be responsible for the effective administration and operation of the service; planning, coordinating, scheduling, communicating, sorting and filing documents and organising will be key aspects of the job.
