As part of a facility team at Foxbridge Care Home, your administration support allows our front line employees to focus on our residents and customers. Looking for an individual who can multi task,  communicate effectively , highly organized,  and has a pleasing personality. 

This is a part-time fixed term ( 3 months)  contract role, offering 8 hours per week, weekend days 

You will provide general administration support with a high level of customer service while supporting the Care Home Manager. You must enjoy working with elderly people and have prior reception & administration experience.

About the role:

  • Administrative tasks including processing and spread sheeting tasks as assigned, including reports, letters, newsletters, statistical charts and graphs, and various documentation related to the day to day operation of the business.
  • Maintain filing and database systems 
  • Ensures deadlines are met for all reporting needs – Care Home occupancy, finance and others as required.
  • Collate, code and distribute accounts payable invoices and capturing of payroll information

About you (what you will bring):

  • Proficiency in full MS Office Suite (Excel to Intermediate Level, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Show a professional and pleasant work manner.
  • Good numeracy, attention to detail with high accuracy and able to meet deadlines due to good time management.
  • A high level of both written and oral communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills with sensitivity to the needs of the elderly.
  • Ability to work individually and to cooperate with co-workers.
  • Good organisation and prioritization skills.
  • Honest, conscientious, flexible and self motivated.
  • Commitment to ongoing quality improvement.
  • Ability to adapt to change and to work efficiently under pressure.
