Are you passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced administrative environment? We’re looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our friendly National Support Team based in Tauranga.

This is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), where you’ll play an important part in supporting our centres across New Zealand. From assisting with childcare enquiries to managing administration processes and ensuring accurate data entry, you’ll help deliver exceptional support that makes a real difference.

About the Role
In this varied position, you will:

  • Provide outstanding customer support for childcare enquiries 
  • Support centre administration processes 
  • Accurately manage data entry across internal systems 
  • Assist with a range of general administrative tasks 
  • Work collaboratively with the wider support team to deliver excellent service 

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a positive attitude, along with:

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach 
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills 
  • Confidence using MS Outlook, Excel, and Word 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organisation and administration skills 
  • A team-focused mindset and willingness to go the extra mile
