Activities Supervisor
About the role
As an Activities Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the Gondola, Guest Services, Luge and the Carpark. This role covers a range of tasks including chairlift operation, photo and ticket sales, along with customer instruction and safety. You will take ownership of all recruitment, rostering, and training of new staff members. You will need to be motivated and customer focused with a friendly manner and can-do attitude. We’re looking for a safety-conscious team player with flexible availability for rostered shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will bring / be:
- “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills
- a passion for providing fantastic service and a genuine interest to work in the tourism industry
- PHEC trained / First Aid Certified and comfortable dealing with health & safety incidents
- 6 months+ chairlift experience
- 1+ years customer service experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- enjoy working with a fun, diverse team
- excellent customer service skills
This Role Offers:
