Activities Operator
*Weekends, School Holidays, Public Holidays*
At Skyline Rotorua, we're searching for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our Activities Team. You'll have the opportunity to work across our world-class attractions and guest experience areas, creating unforgettable memories for visitors from around New Zealand and the world.
We are currently looking for individuals to work in either of the below departments:
- Luge Operations
- Zipline Guiding
Whether you're assisting guests on our iconic Luge tracks or guiding adventurous visitors through our Zipline experience, you'll play an important role in sharing real fun with the world. These roles are hands-on and primarily outdoors, including rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The perfect candidate will have
- an energetic attitude and excellent communication skills;
- a passion for providing a memorable guest experience and a genuine interest in working in the tourism industry;
- a desire to work with a fun, diverse team; and
- a strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience in tourism, customer service, outdoor recreation, guiding, or operational roles is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
