At Skyline Rotorua, we're searching for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our Activities Team. You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of our world-class attractions and guest experience areas, creating unforgettable memories for visitors from around New Zealand and the world.
Depending on your skills, experience, and operational needs, you may work across one or more of the following areas:
Please note that some areas, such as Mountain Bike Patrol, require specific skills and experience. Intermediate mountain biking ability is essential, and a Pre-Hospital Emergency Care (PHEC) qualification is highly desirable.
Whether you're assisting guests on our iconic Luge tracks, delivering exceptional service at our ticketing counters, helping operate our state-of-the-art Gondola, supporting mountain bikers on our trails, or guiding adventurous visitors through our Zipline experience, you'll play an important role in sharing real fun with the world.
These roles are hands-on and primarily outdoors, including rostered shifts largely over weekends, school holidays & public holidays.
The perfect candidate will have
Previous experience in tourism, customer service, outdoor recreation, guiding, or operational roles is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided.
