Activities Operator
Who We’re Looking For
As one of our Activities Operators, you’ll work across our Mountain Biking and Zipline teams in a varied and hands-on role. From assisting with trail building and maintenance to safely launching guests on our dual line zipline, no two days are the same. You’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest.
This is a fixed-term position, ideal for someone who thrives in an active outdoor environment and enjoys working across multiple disciplines.
This role requires full availability across all seven days of the week, with shifts rostered up to 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
We’re looking for an individual who is fit, reliable, and enthusiastic, with a passion for mountain biking and for creating outstanding guest experiences, even in high-pressure situations.
The perfect candidate will have:
- Intermediate to advanced mountain biking skills and experience
- The ability to work effectively within a tight-knit team
- Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills
- The ability to stay calm and perform well under pressure
- A Pre-hospital Emergency Care certification and medical response experience (preferred)
