Activities Operator
Who We’re Looking For:
As an Activities Operator, no two weeks are the same. You’ll work across a minimum of two activity teams - Luge, Guest Services, Gondola, or Zipline - delivering great experiences at every touchpoint. From sending guests down our dual-line zipline, to providing exceptional customer service, operating our multi-million-dollar Gondola cableway, or helping customers enjoy our world-famous Luge - you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments.
We’re currently looking for two flexible and enthusiastic team members who are keen to work across a variety of roles in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
This is a hands-on role, suited to team players who enjoy working with people and being active throughout the day. Flexibility is key, as shifts are rostered predominantly across weekends, school holidays, and public holidays. You’ll also need to be available to work a range of shifts across all seven days of the week, including early mornings and evenings.
The perfect candidate will have:
- Be reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work well under pressure
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
- Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Be flexible with working hours (including weekends, school holidays, and public holidays)
- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
