About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate Activities Coordinator to organize and run person-centered event programs for our facility residents. That special person who is a great communicator, flexible, dynamic, outgoing with a great sense of humor.

Location:  Radius Baycare, 361 Puketona Road, Haruru 0200 

Hours of work: 30 hours per week

Some Duties include but not limited to:

  • Supports residents with social activities, diary planning and personal calendars
  • Works with MDT to ensure that individual activity plans are formulated for each resident
  • Works with MDT to ensure that there are a variety of activities brought into the facility
  • Demonstrates an understanding of budget parameters

Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with the elderly
  • Excellent people and team skills, with empathy for the elderly and their families.
  • Resourceful, patient and motivated
  • Flexible and efficient at managing time
  • A clean full driver’s license
