Make a difference in an older person's daily life working as an Activities Coordinator
The Role
As an Activities Coordinator, you will plan, lead, and oversee activities that promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being, while ensuring they remain connected and engaged. By providing meaningful, personalized activities, you will enhance their quality of life and respect their unique identity. You will also lead and supervise a team of Activities Assistants and Volunteers, ensuring effective service delivery, and take responsibility for recruiting, supporting, and inspiring Volunteers to contribute positively to the residents' experiences.
Hours: This is a permanent part-time position. The hours of work will be 24 hours per week excluding weekends.
