Mō te Tūranga | About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity for someone looking to build their finance career while gaining experience within one of New Zealand's largest healthcare organisations.
As our Accounts Support (AP/AR) team member, you'll play an important role in supporting a transformation project and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Working closely with Finance and project stakeholders, you'll assist with a range of activities including the testing of invoice processing, supplier management, payment runs. Supporting with reconciliations, data validation, credit applications, and the transfer of financial information across systems ensuring appropriate cut off procedures are performed
This role offers excellent development opportunities for someone with accounts payable, accounts receivable or administration experience who enjoys working with numbers, systems and processes. You'll gain exposure to finance systems, business transformation activities and large-scale data transition work, while building your skills within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
