This flexible 10hr part-time position is based in the beautiful town of Taupo - the adventure capital of the North Island. Bring your passion for the outdoors and come and immerse yourself in our awesome brands and be part of our great team!

The role requires you to focus on accounts payables and provide admin support so attention to detail is a must.

Payables:

  • Process supplier invoices into Xero 
  • Reconciliation of Xero accounts
  • Prepare creditor payment spreadsheet for payments
  • Oversee all transactions and prepare payments to suppliers
  • Process month-end reconciliations to supplier statements
  • Deal with any queries regarding supplier invoices and payments
  • Manage petty cash float and expenses

Admin support:

  • Provide front desk reception duties
  • Process all admin requirements 
  • Process stationery orders and kitchen supply orders
  • Provide back up support to the finance team when needed


Skills & Experience

 Job Skills 

· Minimum 2 years experience with accounts payable.

· Experience with Xero would be advantageous.

· A high degree of attention to detail is required.

· Pro-active with the ability to use initiative.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Able to work autonomously and in a team environment.

Personal Competencies 

· A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

· Positive and optimistic nature.

· Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. 

· A passion for sports and the outdoors would be ideal.
