Position Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

As an Accounts Payable Administrator within the Finance Team, you will play a key role in facilitating payments to suppliers, kaimahi and ākonga, contributing to innovative and learner-focused education that empowers our communities.
The salary for this position will range between $52,759 and $65,949, depending on your skills and experience.
This role is based at our Windermere campus and reports to the Finance Manager.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
• Processing payments through the matching of approved purchase orders
• Payment of one-off payments, including student refunds
• Preparing online banking for approval.
• Maintaining supplier masterfile records.
• Encouraging staff to use purchase orders as our preferred method of payment, and continually closing off purchase orders that are no longer required.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:
· Proven experience in a high volume, multi-site Accounts Payable department.
· Experience working with a complex finance system, preferably TechnologyOne.
· A commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
· A desire to work in a Team environment where all team members are trained in all aspects of the job and responsibilities swap around regularly.
