We are seeking a sales professional with entrepreneurial flair, to join our highly successful sales team working for NZ’s leading foodservice distributor. This role will focus on delivering effectively on all financial, volume and account targets. With your proven account management skills you will develop sound strategies to drive growth and chase new business through exceptional analysis and planning, which will ensure the achievement of mutually commercial objectives for both the company and your customers.
Your previous experience in sales roles in an FMCG environment will have taught you the planning skills and discipline needed to succeed, while your passion for finding solutions for customers and high level of professionalism will give you the credibility needed to build strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. Your passion for food and high level of professionalism will reinforce your ability to foster strong working relationships in this industry.
Specific attributes we are looking for are;
• An affinity for food and the hospitality industry
• Previous Account Management / Sales experience
• The ability to work without supervision
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Self driven and results orientated
• Attention to detail
• Confident computer user, particularly using Microsoft Office
