Bidfresh is a multinational food distributor supplying food and related products to customers that include tourism operators, hotels, restaurants, cafés, hospitals, schools and pretty much all businesses that need food in the wider Canterbury area
. We're seeking an energetic and positive person to join the Sales team as an Account Manager and help ensure Bidfresh Christchurch, and our customers, continue to be highly successful businesses. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business and ensuring maximum results for both our customers and Bidfresh thereby exceeding monthly sales targets.
Superior customer service is only achieved through a team effort and the Account Manager is expected to contribute fully requiring flexibility, hard work, determination and a consistently positive attitude in every circumstance.
You'll need to be highly organised, resilient and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills along with initiative and the ability to work independently. While previous sales experience is not absolutely essential a stable track record of building on success, a passion for food, strong computer skills and a long-term commitment to Christchurch are mandatory requirements. You must also be a New Zealand or Australian citizen or have residency status and have a full, clean Drivers Licence to be considered for this role.
Skills for this role are a competant level of ability in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word, & Publisher

High level of organisation and an eye for detail.
