We have an exciting opportunity available if you are motivated to succeed and have a great attitude!

This role will see you responsible for providing vehicle accessory support to your customers (TNZ departments and Toyota Stores) as well as ensuring accuracy of all accessories data in a variety of systems.

This opportunity is permanent/full-time based on-site Monday-Friday at our Head Office in Palmerston North, and reports to our Conversions & Accessories Manager.

What’s involved in the role:

  • Maintaining the accessories team inbox, responding to queries, and liaising with different stakeholders to respond to technical queries. 
  • Setting up accessories in various systems, ensuring accurate management and maintenance of all accessory data, pricing, images and information in all systems.
  • Acting as the liaison between engineers and key stakeholders (other TNZ departments, Toyota Stores, Suppliers etc).
  • Accessories projects as required.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

  • A positive, collaborative attitude, willingness to learn and work as part of a close team.
  • Basic vehicle knowledge, ideally in the field of accessories or parts or an interest in cars/the automotive industry is beneficial.  
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Basic experience in Microsoft Excel is beneficial. Experience in JDE is a bonus. 
  • It is essential to have good attention to detail and accuracy. Experience maintaining data accuracy in systems is a bonus.
