We’re looking for an Academic Staff Member who is passionate about high-quality teaching, supporting learners, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for our ākonga. You’ll design and deliver engaging programmes, create supportive learning environments, and ensure learners are set up for success in their chosen pathways.
You’ll join a collaborative team committed to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement in teaching and learning.
In this role you will:
• Develop high‑quality programmes and learning resources
• Support learners with equitable, tailored guidance
• Teach and facilitate engaging, inclusive learning
• Assess student achievement using effective tools
• Provide timely, fair feedback and reporting

· Develop, design, and review high‑quality programmes, courses, and resources
· Understand learner needs and provide pastoral support that reflects individual differences
· Facilitate learning that builds critical thinking, problem‑solving, and soft skills
· Create and deliver formative and summative assessments to measure achievement
· Provide consistent, fair, and timely feedback and ensure quality‑assured reporting
· Reflect on and continuously improve teaching practice and course outcomes
· Maintain currency in your discipline and in adult teaching practice
