We have one full-time fixed term position available for an Academic Staff Member (Food and Beverage) within the Tourism and Hospitality team in the Academic Delivery and Development Directorate. The role involves teaching on New Zealand Certificate in Food and Beverage Service (level 3) Within this role you will contribute to developing future industry leaders through teaching in the baking kitchen, classroom and online; researching; creating, reviewing, and updating resources and teaching materials; assessing ākonga (student) work; assisting with the recruitment and care of ākonga (student); and actively participating in the team and institution environment.
