Academic Adviser
Reporting to the Executive Director Quality and Academic Assurance the Academic Adviser is a member of the UCOL Curriculum and Academic Services team.
With two other advisers this role provides specialist academic quality assurance, teaching and learning, programme development, assessment and moderation, and academic regulatory compliance assistance and advice across the organisation. The advisers support institutional self-review, identified quality enhancement initiatives and built in business-as-usual operational quality assurance processes.
You will have exceptional skills in relating to others across faculty and academic administration support. Previous experience in tertiary education sector quality assurance and knowledge of external quality assurance entities and requirements (NZQA, Industry Skills Boards, professional organisations) is preferred.
