We are seeking an experienced administrator to support our curriculum and academic services workstreams within the Quality and Academic Assurance directorate. Proficiency in documentation processing and file management within the Microsoft 365 Sharepoint environment and supporting others in the same is essential. Supporting academic governance, team productivity and efficiency, institutional compliance, quality assurance and self-review through well-functioning and prioritised assistance and task completion the role is interesting and the work varied.   

Skills & Experience

Strong organisational skills in your own work and linking with team members.

Highly effective and efficient written and verbal communication skills. 

Attention to detail in the proofing of documents created and edited by others (layout, grammar). 

Practiced in formal committee processes (agenda, action follow up, and minuting meetings). 

Quick adaptability to work with a large variety of online submission systems and applications. 

Flexibility and adaptability.
