Spring calving flat farm on marine clay soil near Ruawai in Northland. Good facilities including HB cowshed, feedpad and 3 houses. Target production around 400kgMS/cow. Would suit Contract Milker or smaller 50/50 Sharemilker looking to progress. Could start at 300 cows self-contained and build herd size. Must have excellent pasture and feed management skills, and ideally experience managing wet soils.
Must have New Zealand farming experience and two recent referees who will attest to farm management ability.
