We’re super proud of how our support, advice and solutions enable our clients to achieve their goals.

About the role

This position is a key member of our sales team. You will deliver to and ultimately own our proposal and bid management process. You will 'hold the pen' in an end to end proposal development process, from supporting stop/go assessment to final submission of proposal documents. You will corral the insights and capabilities of our BA, design, user experience and development teams into compelling narratives for our existing and prospective customers.

Day to day, that looks like:

  • Triaging opportunities incoming from public and private sector tender sources
  • Project managing effective, customised responses and presentations either to requests for proposal (RFP) or in enabling proactive sales opportunities
  • Workshopping response strategies with bid teams of technical delivery staff
  • Managing response inputs from a variety of stakeholders, collating into a cohesive narrative for peer review and submission
  • Building out our bid management and response processes in a cycle of continuous improvement.

About you

You don’t need to hold any specific qualifications or had a certain number of years of experience.

What we’re looking for is hands on experience in sales proposal development, preferably in a software or technical systems context.

You’ll have excellent project/time management and organisational skills demonstrated in managing complex, multi-stream opportunities.  The nature of the work means working to hard deadlines which can compete for your time, and while you have a supportive crew around you to help, you will be overseeing these to timely and accurate completion.

You’ll show us strong relationship building skills to quickly establish credibility with and co-operation from your peers, and excellent communication skills - spoken and written, with a demonstrated ability to edit a diversity of inputs into a unified response.
