Remuneration: $56,500 - $65,900 (Fixed remuneration excluding Kiwisaver)

Join our Ākonga Success team and help create an inclusive, accessible, and supportive environment for learners. As an Ākonga Success Administrator, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support that ensures smooth operations across communications, scheduling, contracts, and documentation. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the learner experience and wellbeing, including supporting ākonga with accessibility needs.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional administrative support across Ākonga Success 

• Coordinate communications, scheduling, contracts, and documentation 

• Maintain accurate records for accessibility and scholarships 

• Organise meetings and events to ensure seamless operations 

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for learner success

You bring:

• Experience in administration within education or student services 

• Strong organisational and communication skills 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail 

• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and commitment to equity 

• Proficiency in fostering inclusive and culturally responsive environments
