Position Title: Ākonga Services Administrator

Remuneration: $60,000 $68,000

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About the Role

Be the welcoming first point of contact for current and prospective ākonga. You'll provide accurate, timely support across domestic and international enquiries, applications, enrolments and reception, helping create a seamless experience from first enquiry to admission.

You'll join the Ākonga Services and Administration team, supporting the day-to-day operation of the Information Centre. This collaborative team is focused on responsive service, accurate administration and positive outcomes for ākonga.

Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities

• Support ākonga enquiries in person, by phone and email

• Process domestic and international applications and enrolments

• Maintain accurate student records and application data

• Handle reception, financial support and EFTPOS transactions

• Improve systems, processes and service delivery

He kōrero mōu | About You

You bring:

• Diploma-level qualification or equivalent experience

• Experience in education administration or student services

• Excellent service and communication across multiple channels

• Strong accuracy, organisation and digital systems skills

• Commitment to Te Tiriti, te reo Māori and equity
