Remuneration: $56,500 - $65,900 (Fixed remuneration excluding Kiwisaver)

Join our team as an Ākonga Services Administrator and play a key role in supporting ākonga (students) from their first enquiry through to admission.
Ākonga Success is the primary ākonga support function at Toi Ohomai - dedicated to enhancing the holistic wellbeing, learning experience, and long-term success for ākonga.
Ngā mahi | Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely support across enquiries, applications, and enrolments (domestic and international).
- Deliver friendly, student-focused service across multiple channels – in person, phone, and email.
- Maintain and update student records to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Support Information Centre operations and contribute to process improvements.
- Champion kaupapa Māori values and foster an inclusive, culturally responsive environment.
He kōrero mōu | About You
You bring:
- A tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills, ideally in education or student services.
- Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and supporting Māori success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
