 About the Role

Reporting to the Information and Technology Manager, the IT Support Technician role will assist the wider organisation with the information, system, and IT needs. This role will involve developing existing systems to enhance organisational performance. Additionally, will ensure systems, software and hardware are maintained to an exceptional standard. This is a casual position with 40 hours per week. Some Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with problem solving for software applications and hardware systems
  • Maintaining databases and records
  • Supporting in training new and updated systems
  • Implementing improvement methods as required 
  • General administration

Skills and Experience

  • A relevant tertiary level qualification
  • 3 years’ experience in an IT support/helpdesk role
  • High level computer competency
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to drive conflicting priorities
